Hello, I'm Scott, owner/operator here at 1st Class Flooring. I'm a native Detroiter, die-hard Tigers fan(sigh), and a music, dessert, and puzzle enthusiast. To all customers past, present, and future, thank you for your business and support. If your browsing brought you here for the first time, welcome. When I started 1st Class in 2018, I had no idea I'd be typing this today. I knew enough to get started, and now I know enough to continue growing and learning. We've traveled all over the city and showcased our work in dozens of homes and businesses. Thanks to the recommendations and kindness of many, we have nearly 250 clients and counting. Lots of businesses talk about great service and fair pricing, which is to be expected. Aside from that I believe in being personable, professional, and relatable. Connecting with my fellow human, it's what I do. People hire us and refer us because we do what we say we are going to do when we say we are going to do it. Rather than perfection we focus on progress and precision. I used to say "we aren't solving world hunger, just putting puzzle pieces together on a floor". Then a good friend told me, " you give people peace of mind and something to look forward to in returning to their homes". I'll leave you with that, and we'll continue doing just that.
